Synopsis
Three men are subjected to a secret experiment, through which the military dictatorship wants to drive them crazy. Thrown into tiny jail cells, they cannot speak, hardly see, eat, or sleep. Pushing their bodies and minds beyond the limits of the imaginable, the hostages fought an existential battle to escape the terrible reality that condemned them to insanity. The film is based on the 12 years of solitary confinement experienced by three of the most recognized personalities of contemporary Uruguay, among them its former president José "Pepe" Mujica.
